[On Day One, Robin will open the journal and look faintly bemused... ~~Though she's been waiting for the distraction.~~]

Well then, this is interesting. There seems to be Alabasta outside my window. [~~how familiar~~]

I hear pyramids are often rigged with death traps, curses and murder. [An open invitation to go exploring with her]

Days 1-2

[Either by going into a pyramid or falling through an unseen pit of sand, you will find Robin in the tombs, investigating hieroglyphs, treasures or mutilated mummies.]

Day 3

[Robin will be on a ~~not really~~ tame Mammoth, exploring the chilly countryside and might offer rides to weary passersby or, then again, might ignore them completely]

Days 4-5

[Robin will be relaxing in the Shogunate, you may find her reading under a cherry tree, dressed in the local wear though she does have an eye (or several) open in case of ninja]

That is the head he was born with unfortunately. But he has always been weird, yes, but he is, after all, a blood thirsty pirate. That is to be expected.

..... Is that because he doesn't want to leave either his brother or the nestling?

.... So are most pirates weird like him? He doesn't seem to be so bloodthirsty to me.

[She won't answer the bloodthirsty comment. If Leanne needs to know the truth of that she will]

(Leanne blinks at the terminology before giggling as much as she can.)

(Though at the revelation of Robin being a pirate, she goes to tilt her head.)

I think nothing of it. You are who you are and what does being a pirate define who you are? From what I can see and tell is that you are Robin, the one who Marco will make his mate. You are also gentle and kind as well.

I think you're very naive. It's attractive if somewhat fatal.

[Though Robin sounds friendly enough]

People have unexpected depths, Princess-sama. Even the kindest seeming people can hide darkness. I knew a man who protected others from pirates, people admired him so much they considered him the true savior of the people. It was quite a shock when he tried to destroy them afterwards.

That as it may be for beorcs but from members of my clan he wouldn't been able to hide his true nature, my lady Robin. His chaos alone would have served as a warning.

But from neither you or Marco have I sense that level of falsehood.

[Both of them would sacrifice nearly anything for their nakama if they had to. And she wonders if Leanne will ever see Marco splattered with the blood of those he'd killed and if she would still think so kindly of him then.]

There is? I believe that may or may not be true if I maybe so bold to say. (Except for Brooke and Perona, all that Leanne has met so far has been nice to her.)

Everyone has only been speaking negitively about them but I have yet to see why. They so far seem to be nice.

[Order? She's not sure how she feels about that. Not quite sure what it means. Robin is confident enough to feel that Leanne can trusts who she likes here. There is no one overtly malevolent that she's seen. Though she raises her eyebrows at the Malnosso comment.]

[She wonders if she should tell her. But it may not matter, since there is nothing she can do to prevent herself from being taken. Nothing can save her from the pain of this place... but it is much like the pain of life, isn't it?]

[She will see a jumble of images. Ace angry. Marco coming to a window at night, streaked with blood. Sanji breaking down. A little girl lost in the big snowy woods.]

What Marco protects, I protect.

[It's as simple as that. She'll see the Whitebeard flag and Strawhat flag too, side by side and a great blue ocean.]

[Whoa... What was all of this? So many sad memories and images. And WHOA! Why was Marco covered in blood?]

..... I am not worthy of such offerings of protection. I am just one heron. Nothing more, nothing less. All I can offer in return are my songs and the songs of my people. [There was no lie in the older woman's words.

Oh hey! HEY! She recognizes one of those flags! But not the other one. She couldn't help but to let out a few happy chirps as she recognizes the Whitebeard flag, finally landing on the ground....

Huh? What are they doing? Those are two very pirate-y flags ever she ever saw one. You know she kinda wants to ask about that little girl...]

The innocent are always worthy of protection. [the innocent. The damaged. Those who could not fight for themselves and those who fought anyway]

But your songs are welcome.

[That chirp sounds oddly familiar and Robin glances at Leanne perplexed as she comes fluttering down, wondering what could have piqued her curiosity.]

..... My lady Robin. Why are both you and my lord behaving in ways different from the stories I have heard of pirates?

It is all that I can offer in return for such kindness. If you are ever in need of them, just call for me.

[Teehee! Excuse Leanne as she continues to let out those happy chirps. But she also couldn't help but to giggle at Robin's reactions a little. But for now, she stops her giggling and chirping with a worried look on her face.]

Who was that? [That little girl in the snow...]

Pirates are as varied as there are people. Not all are good. Not all are bad and some are merely misguided.

[She's unsure of the change that comes over Leanne's face and the question is even stranger]

The little girl... That was all alone in the snow filled woods.

[Robin glances at her sharply. How can she know... Was she referring to something else? Something in the Ice Age? But nothing had happened there with a little girl that Robin knew. And in any case it would have required Leanne to know her before this. So that either meant Leanne was following her or...something else entirely]

None of your business, Princess-chan.

[She's a little shaken by it but not visibly so and stands.]

I must be on my way. Take care, ne? There are ninja here. It could be dangerous.

[Leanne gains a surprised expression at both the sharpness of the look and the older woman's words. What? What did she do? She goes to let out a small and soft cooing sounds towards her.]

But?....

[It... Really isn't her place to pry but why is Robin upset at her? Did she do something wrong?]

I will stay close to the trees so have no fear for me. But are you going to be alright? Would you need a song?

[Leanne seems innocent...and she probably is if Marco trusts her. But Robin can't help but be unnerved by what just happened. So she will ask him about it. Figure out how she feels about it. But right now... there is so much else that can be... seen? Guessed? She's not sure.]

[and she'll continue walking away]
