Log 004 [Video]
[You will see Robin sitting in her bedroom, glancing at the journal. It could seem like it was accidental, as if she was reading something else]
Strange how it seems both quiet and crazy these days, ne?
[Much quieter than she likes. Much quieter than she's used to]
Tell me your stories. Any stories so long as they are true. I want to know what Luceti is like. I want to know who you are. It could be fun.

Oh, that's part of the mystery of the story. But really, what wasn't in it for me? I could either ransom the plates to the governments to make them fulfill certain promises they made. [Though really, she'd long since given up hope on any government coming through on any promise... ever.] Or I could leverage them among the mafia dons, or really I could just remove Cagliostro's leverage.
You see, he was a greedy cruel man, and I have a terrible bad habit of not getting along with men like him.
[By shooting them in the face, but you know...]
And what better way than by hitting where it hurts the most? Their finances.
That's a very old game. Dealing with men like him and removing their leverages.

[She says it lightly enough though she's played those kind of games herself...and paid for them. Though she's long forgotten the twinge of that particular wound.]
Is that your aim in life, Trap-san? To get them before they get you? Or is it just for the fun of it?
[Because those sorts of games can be thrilling, she has to admit]

For fun of course~! What's the point of living if you can't feel alive?
[Her dream, her wish... had she ever truly found it? Did it even matter anymore? Was it all in the chase, that act of stealing and such excitements itself? So many things.]

[Though perhaps it's harder for her. She can't really know. She can't really tell. Still it's an interesting thought. She's felt more alive reading a book on a quiet night, listening to the creak of the hull and the sleeping sounds of her nakama.]
But it does seem thrilling.

Sometimes. Sometimes it's boring. [No, she's just... really easily bored.] And then all there is to do is get men to do the hard work and do something more interesting like fishing or reading magazines.

[She thinks on this a bit]
In any case, I've given up on doing things that are boring. [Unless it's a life or death situation, of course. But then, in a live or death situation, nothing is boring]

[Actually Lupin wouldn't get them lost, just you know... kidnapped into some African tribe and pressed into cult gang wars. No biggie.]
Is that even possible? To only ever do exciting things?

Perhaps you need another hobby~ I have no idea how other people go about collecting such things though.

[She won't argue with 'they're not all bad', though it seems more like giving in than anything. Things are complex here, even thoughts of the Malnosso, and she understands that. However, she refuses to think any sort of experiment could be labled good]

[Or, at least much more of a capacity than she expects tone dials to have. She'd really have to ask Usopp about that one...not that she could]
