Log 003 [Video/Action]

[Have an image of Robin, sitting at her desk, her cheek propped up on her hand as she smiles faintly into the camera.]

Well then, it seems that Luffy has returned home. So be prepared to have things be quieter than normal. Maybe he will return here one day and maybe he won't.

[She hopes for the latter. He belongs on the sea. In the New World. Not here in this landlocked experiment. This prison. A second chance at life or not, they are all just puppets here and anyone who leaves, Robin feels, will be better off. Especially her captain.]


I am sure we will all miss him. [Because there is that, too. She will, and she knows her nakama will, but partings are always the hardest.] But perhaps this is for the best, ne?


[OOC: Robin will be hanging around house 6 for most of the day though eventually she will go for an hour or two for the library. Feel free to spot her either place]

[Thief, and go on a head and be biased. He doesn't mind, because he's only similar to Luffy in approach to conflict and mentality. They're very different otherwise, and Lupin almost wanted to yell at Smoker for the comparison when he finally met Luffy.]

It's the best thing to hope for, but you're probably right. Smoker left a few months back, and returned a week later with a few more scars, a much higher rank, and two years on him. None of us should have to live in a cage, though, so I'm gonna hope that Luffy stays on his ocean. It's the best place for him.

I feel the same. [Even though... Well, no, those thoughts shouldn't be entertained. There is no purpose to them]

Do you have anything to go back to?

[He smiles.] Running from the cops, stealing treasures, and being a scoundrel. It's all great fun, really.

How about you? It's the Grand Line, right, but is it treating you well?

[He is somewhat similar to Luffy after all.]

New World. [Well almost] And so far it is. Running from the Marines, stealing knowledge, waging war on the government. I enjoy it.

Oh, that sounds really fun.

[Because government espionage and information theft were as valuable as any treasure, and much more dangerous.]

It is. [She sighs a little] I miss it.

[Still, Luceti does have it's pineapple shaped charms]

I think a lot of us miss our homes, really. That's part of life here.

It is. [She rests her chin on her fist]

What sort of world do you come from? Earth?

[redjacketthief]

...it's not that different from your's, when you get down to the details. There's no all encompassing ocean, but there's criminals and law officials...and the governments can be quite corrupt. We have no cool powers or anything that special, just our minds. That's all we bring.

I miss the freedom of it. I miss the open road.

[toujoursfluer]

Cool powers are worth very little if keen minds aren't behind them. [Though she shares his sentiment. His longing. And despite the few good times she's had here, there is nothing better than home]

Well, then, I hope you're able to return soon.

I hope the same for you. [He did, truly. She belonged on the sea with Luffy and whatever it was that they were after. 'One Piece.' He was slowly getting details from Smoker, but it was a long time coming.]
