[Have an image of Robin, sitting at her desk, her cheek propped up on her hand as she smiles faintly into the camera.]

Well then, it seems that Luffy has returned home. So be prepared to have things be quieter than normal. Maybe he will return here one day and maybe he won't.

[She hopes for the latter. He belongs on the sea. In the New World. Not here in this landlocked experiment. This prison. A second chance at life or not, they are all just puppets here and anyone who leaves, Robin feels, will be better off. Especially her captain.]

I am sure we will all miss him. [Because there is that, too. She will, and she knows her nakama will, but partings are always the hardest.] But perhaps this is for the best, ne?

[OOC: Robin will be hanging around house 6 for most of the day though eventually she will go for an hour or two for the library. Feel free to spot her either place]

[That...that is unacceptable. Even for a child. Perhaps especially for a child. Even if it's a truth that won't matter much on the open sea of their home, it's a truth nontheless. So Robin will go to Vivi's door and put a hand on it but not come in]

It's the truth. Calling someone a liar just because you can't accept it is immaturity on your part. You won't remember. That is just the way it is.

[He is somewhat similar to Luffy after all.]

New World. [Well almost] And so far it is. Running from the Marines, stealing knowledge, waging war on the government. I enjoy it.

Oh, that sounds really fun.

[Because government espionage and information theft were as valuable as any treasure, and much more dangerous.]

It is. [She sighs a little] I miss it.

[Still, Luceti does have it's ~~pineapple shaped~~ charms]

[Vivi won't reply. She's hugging her knees on her bed, hiding her face, and trying to keep from crying. No matter what Robin says, it can't be true. And she'd thought Robin was nice, too, just like the rest of them. Why is she doing this?]

[She wishes Sanji were here, but he's away, and has been for several days. Or Nami, but she'd announced earlier that she was going to the mikan grove. ...well. She knows more or less where that is, and it's not too far. Nami wouldn't mind...right? Sliding open the bedroom window, she hops to the ground, heading for the mikan grove as fast as she can.]

[She hears her move across the floor and open the window. An escape then. Well, she supposes it can't be helped. In the end, the truth will come through no matter what Vivi believes. Though she supposes that denial comes from being a sheltered little princess.]

[Robin sighs and heads to her own room for the time being. But stops at the entrance to Luffy's. She opens the door and looks at all he left behind. Whether he will return or not, she can't say, and while she hopes he won't, she will still miss him]

[He punches a wall: loudly since it jostles even his journal. This month is fucked up. Zenigata and Luffy gone, Liz and Kohaku returned with no memories of this place. What is even going on?]

[He's half tempted to insist that Luffy will be back. The kid always is. That's why Smoker is here isn't it?]

[Still....]

[There's also the concern that Straw Hat might return even stronger than ever with haki than him. Irritating.]

Did he ever stop being a girl from that whole thing? [Just you know. Curiosity. Also he might have accidentally convinced Luffy that Robin was a bitch when they were body-swapped. Oops.]

Oh.

...had to happen eventually. Why is it the very first thing she feels is relief? That he made it home before her. So she can't break her promise.

Okay.

Not... the best reaction to have. She should feel more than this, and maybe she will later. For now, though, Nami just stops by all occupants of the house to offer them a silent hug. Robin's the last.]

[Not a face that she wants to see. Not ever, really. Though she supposes it can't really be helped. At least she's no longer seeing it in the mirror]

Why should I tell you?

[She's not in the habit of giving Marines any information. Even if it's as innocent as this. Besides the fact that she just isn't fond of you, though mostly that's the Malnosso's doing]

[Though Robin doesn't really need one, she knows that you do and so accepts the hug and returns it warmly. She's not sure what to say on this count. All she has to say, Nami knows. He is better there. This is the best way. The house feels quiet, doesn't it?]

Is there anything I can do?

[Marco's really tempted to shield this from Ace and Sabo. Robin might feel it's for the best, but Marco remembers one of his very first discussions with Luffy. The captain of any crew wanted to look after very last member, and so long as they was any of his crew here, Luffy would want to be here to protect them, whether they wanted better for him or not. Still, for all the times Ace has been sent home and back, Luffy's managed to stay a good while.]

[Oh well, both the brothers would find out soon enough no matter what he did. Best he could do was be there for them. His concern shifts from the two boys to Robin. She seems to be handling it well, but then, of course, she'd be seeing him back in the New World.]

[Early morning, Marco's going to get ingredients for a dinner to cheer up Ace and Sabo later, but by afternoon, he'll be over at the library; finally returning several dozen books. And now to find something new and fun and maybe surprise a certain friend.]

Because you have nothing to gain by hiding it?

[It's not like he'd really care.]

I'd gain the pleasure of not giving you the satisfaction.

That's petty.

[And... works. Meanie.]

Fine. I'll just ask someone else.

[Robin is sitting at a nearby table, ostensibly reading though her mind is really far away, on a certain ship under a certain sea, heading to new adventure but never quite getting there. Home has never seemed so far away]

[It's her prerogative after all, as a woman and a pirate]

Suit yourself.

[Don't look now, but there's a warm blue arm wrapping around her shoulders as Marco pretends to read over her shoulder.]

How's the book? [Not quite whispering, but he is quiet. It's a library after all.]

Tch. I always do.

Do you happen to be missing anything important?

[Hmm. That is warm. She walks up a chair for him to sit beside her if he wishes but she doesn't look at him yet]

I don't know. I can't seem to focus.

One of those days, or should I consider that a compliment?

[He'll take that chair with a polite nod and a murmured "thank you" and almost instantly lock one of his legs around hers.]

[Narrows his eyes. 1 of 2 options. She took them and knows, or she's just trying to freak him out.]

Find something that isn't yours recently? [Each word is rather sharp and seems to insinuate "return it at once or I'll beat you with my big shiny stick."]

[Robin just smiles and closes her journal. After all, what fun is it being a pirate if you don't get to be evil?]

I think a lot of us miss our homes, really. That's part of life here.

...no. [Her voice is a little on the quiet side, but it's perfectly steady.] I'm okay. Others might not be so much.
